      TRAIN'SHARE OWNER'S ASSOCIATION

      The Train'Share Owner's Association ("Association"), a not for profit corporation controlled by Train'Share "Owners" oversees the operation of rail Cars (see Rail Car Operations below) and otherwise represents all Train'Share Owners regarding their ownership rights. Train'Share buyers automatically become voting members of the Association. After a purchase is final, all inquiries regarding rail car use and reservations should be directed to the Reservation Office.
