GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATION

President, Director, development manager - Barry Jones

  • Air force officer, navigator, air traffic controller and pilot.
  • Founded Northern Helicopters with aircraft in Canada and Alaska.
  • Founded Pacific Hovercraft creating a new mode of research, 3 ton cargo exploration, 35 passenger and military test craft operating in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
  • Managed, developed and an owner in resort properties located in Mexico, Canada and the United States (from Hawaii to the Atlantic Coast) including major timeshare developments.
  • Founded Travel Network, the first international retail travel agency franchise that became the largest chain in North America with offices in the United States and Canada.
  • Developed and operated the fully articulated, two story "Snoozer" bus (largest in North America) with separate and fully equipped cabins, lounge, bar and crew quarters.
  • Founded the first cruise only retail travel agency franchise with offices in the United States and Canada.
  • Created hundreds of wholesale, group, air, sea, land and other travel packages.
  • Managed annualized travel sales that grew to exceed $400 million per year (in current dollars).
  • Produced the travel oriented television shows "Where in the World" and "Sports Adventure Journal".
  • Developed a nationwide travel training academy.
  • Years of experience working to enhance the growth of travel, featuring cruises, with unique concepts like marketing rights to the Love Boat name (of TV fame).
  • Shareholder and ownership in cruise lines and ships.
  • Cruise ship casino concession operator.
  • Master of an exclusive 16 cabin cruise ship.
  • Founded and developed the cruise ship timeshare (vacation ownership) concept, "Cruiseship'Shares", with gross sales exceeding $11 million on a first project in 18 months of selling.
  • Created the private rail car, train timeshare (vacation ownership) concept ("Train'Shares").

VP Administrative, Director - Pending

Replacement of a recently deceased principal and manager that held these responsibilities is pending.

MARKETING AND SALES

Train'Share Marketing and Sales Director - Presently part time and employed elsewhere. Will become full time shortly.

The combination of other management and an interim Sales Director (who will retain a continuing interest in the Project) also having unrelated obligations (apart from the Train'Share business) provides very significant experience in all aspects of timeshare marketing and sales, including the following:

  • Management of timeshare property marketing and sales having total single property inventory values in excess of $300 million with timeshare prices from $5,000 to $35,000.
  • Sales productivity analysis studies and implementation of related recommendations.
  • Achieved notable growth in sales when responsible for all of the projects described below.
  • Project Director managing all aspects of marketing and sales for Kentucky and Virginia timeshare resorts.
  • Director of sales at major gulf coast timeshare development at Galveston, Texas.
  • Regional director of marketing and sales for two beach front condominium timeshare projects at Padre Island, Texas.
  • Telephone response service director of sales and marketing.
  • Recruiting and training manager for Dallas, Texas, timeshare property.

OPERATIONS

Car maintenance and operating support includes the following personnel and qualified outsourced personnel that they supervise.

Car Operations Manager - John Salisbury

John has over 25 years of passenger and other rail operating experience, including:

  • On-site rail car inspections and condition analysis.
  • Value appraisals.
  • Railroad rolling stock rehabilitation cost studies and reports.
  • Recommendations for repairs, upgrades and redesigns for continuing and alternative train passenger car uses.
  • Rail car owner representative to monitor and manage field and in-shop car improvements and repairs.
  • Parts location and acquisition.
  • Movement arrangements thoughout the USA with various railroads.
  • Car ownership and leasing.
  • Rail car acquisition, negotiation and pricing.
  • Emergency field repair management.
  • Field operation management and rail car operation scheduling.
  • Etc.

Car Repair Manager - Harold Schroeder

Harold has 25 years of comprehensive passenger and other rail car experience including:

  • Manager of Trans-Texas rail car repair and maintenance.
  • Car improvement design and planning.
  • Complete underbody mechanical rebuilds up to Amtrak standards.
  • Complete passenger car interior modifications, modernization and refurbishing.
  • Older car parts acquisition and sourcing.
  • New, Amtrack compliant, electrical system installations.
  • Passenger car air condition repairs and installations.
  • Car exterior painting.
  • Etc.

Passenger Services Manager - Presently part time and employed elsewhere. Will become full time shortly.

Highly qualified with comprehensive experience in necessary aspects of on-board hotel services, including the following.

  • Cruise line food and beverage manager.
  • Cruise line hotel manager.
  • Planning and implementation of on board passengers services for upscale Canadian passenger railroad.
  • Menu creation and planning consultant for new high quality, boutique restaurants.
  • Crew training, housekeeping, food and beverage and guest services.
OTHER TRAVEL AND TIMESHARE INDUSTRY MANAGEMENT
  • Qualified personnel include public relations, reservation system and web site managers.
  • Necessary personnel for all on-board functions are available.
  • Applicable capabilities not directly related to the Train'Share project that can be used include extensive cruise ship and related marine, timeshare systems, timeshare owner association, government registration and documentation, travel television program development, and associated business management.

Some unnamed management personnel may still be employed elsewhere, but are quickly available as required to effectively support and in the meantime they participate in Train'Share Project functions.
